Hey All!First day blogging and begining of my journey. In my posts I will enter food eaten and exercise. I log on livestrong.com. My calorie goal is 1500 a day. So here I go:
Breakfast: Strawberry Oatmeal(1 packet)
Cantaloupe (1 cup)
Morning Snack: Apple with 2 TBPs peanutbutter
Lunch: Salad made with romaine lettuce, sugar snap peas, grape tomatoes, and fat free balsamic vinegar. + a side of black beans (1/2 cup)
Afternoon Snack (pre workout): 1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
Dinner: Sweet Potato with 1 TBPs light butter, eggplant bake (recipe on next post)
Evening Snack: 13 snyder honey mustard nibblers
Exercise: Jillian Michaels Burn Fat Boost Metabolism DVD
NOTES* That workout is a toughie, it's my third day doing it and I can't even do some of the moves! It is worth it though because I burned 540 calories. But today was a good day, hopefully I'll see a drop in weight soon!
