Garlic Stir Fry Recipe:
Garlic Lovers Welcome
Ingredients:
(You can really use any vegetables you want but this is what I used)
-1/2 zucchini
-1 onion
-1 cup chopped mushrooms
-2-3 TBPs Jarred crushed garlic
Steps:
-Chop everything up
-Place in pan sprayed with PAM
-cook on medium heat until it tastes good to you.
It's that easy, great for a quick but healthy dinner! It's probably better the day after when the garlic soaks in.
