Ok so its technically day 3 but not for this blog.
Still Kickin'
Today has been good, I didn't quite make it up to my calorie goal but it's only 4:40 right now so who knows. The main reason I didn't is that I was going to have quinoa thats been sitting in the fridge with dinner, but when I dug it out from the back I saw the dreaded and disgusting MOLD. Gah I'm trying to be healthy and bacteria is getting in my way YUCK. I did have a nice dinner, I may post a recipe even though it's just throwing things together in a pan!
Ok so here's what I ate:
B- 1 cup golden grahams, 1/2 cup skim milk, banana
MS- 1 cup blueberries
L-Salad(lettuce, tomato, peas, avocado, balsamic dressing), Boca spicy chicken patty.
AS- 1 cup non fat vanilla yogurt
D- Garlic stirfry (see recipe post)
ES- 2 whole carrots, 2 TBPs tahini
Exercise- Jillian Michael's Burn Fat Boost Metabolism
TOTALS: Ate: 1263 Burned: 642
DELICIOUS

Notes* Calories quite low =/, You have no idea how excited I was this morning for Golden Grahams and the fact that I only had one serving! It's so delicious. It's my new favorite food.
